Volunteer Day

Volunteer Day

Sunday 6th April
9.30 - 2.30

It's been two years since we planted over 400 metres of native hedging and began our forest garden project. The hedge is doing tremendously well, and will soon be providing lots of nectar and habitat for a range of animals but it needs a good weed and mulch to help keep it healthy and growing strong.

Because there's so much of it, we need your help!

If you're up for a day of digging, barrowing, weeding and possibly planting up some more of our forest garden then come along. We will provide hot drinks and snacks throughout the day and a hot meal at lunchtime as a thank you for all your hard work. Children are welcome to join in (with adult supervision). This is a free event but spaces are limited so book early!
