Burnt Sugar x The Stores Midsummer Feast

Burnt Sugar x The Stores Midsummer Feast

Join Burnt Sugar and The Stores for an unforgettable midsummer feast set amidst the blooms and seasonal abundance of Vallis Farm’s kitchen garden. On summer solstice, we invite you to gather around the table for a Provençal-inspired menu that celebrates the height of the season.

With produce plucked straight from the garden and a chilled glass of rosé in hand, you’ll settle in for an afternoon or evening of sun-drenched flavours and warm conversation. Expect dishes infused with the essence of the South of France - fresh, vibrant and deeply rooted in the land.

This feast showcases Burnt Sugar’s passion for seasonal ingredients, ethical sourcing and evocative European cooking. Each dish will be paired with wines from independent producers selected by The Stores, with bottles available for purchase throughout the event.
