What to expect: Lara draws on different traditions and styles in her practice of qi gong and it is suitable for all levels. You are invited to engage at your own pace and listen to what your body needs. We will be doing a combination of standing, moving and sitting practice.
What to bring: please brng a cushion to sit on, a blanket/shawl and drinking water.
A little about Lara: I first came across t’ai chi in 1992 and began practising qigong in 2003. I completed a qi gong teacher training in Bristol in 2015.
Qi gong teaching sits alongside my other areas of work and is something I enjoy sharing and practising with others.
