Are you interested in drinking coffee in a gorgeous setting with some amazing local women while learning something new about life? Then Messy Weekenders is for you. It’s our first in-person get together and we wanted to take all that we’ve discovered about being lost (and getting found) offline and bring it to our local community.
In these monthly sessions we’re going to get positively messy with our wellbeing practices: exploring relatable ways to feel better, bringing in way more self-acceptance, and connecting with what matters most to us.
Each month will have a loose theme that helps us all bring more connection, meaning and fulfillment into our lives. We’ll talk about friendships and creativity, getting out into nature and being spirituality-curious, and so much more. We’ll be getting curious about all the things that can make life better and we’ll do it together.
Join us for our first session to get started. Reserve your place here (first-come first serve basis).
Hope to see you there and we can’t wait to bring you together there and get slightly messier (in a good way) about life.
Here’s a preview of April’s session:
Sunday, 21 April, 10am to 12 noon: we’ll be exploring how to get closer to nature with Tara Kelsall (outdoor life coach and wild swimming coach)
Future dates will be released to those attending our first get-together and then will go on sale to the wider community after that.
