Meditative Hatha Yoga for all levels

Hridaya Hatha Yoga is a meditative style of practice where you will be guided into postures with the intention of becoming more internally focused and really witnessing all that is moving in you.

It is a practice of moving towards "being" more and more; helping us in meditation by creating a bridge between our physical body and our essence, that part of us that can observe our thoughts, emotions and bodily sensations.

We will start each session with some slightly more dynamic movement as a warm up and then progress to holding asana for a period of time while observing our experience with an open attention. The sessions will end with a profound period of relaxation as we allow our process to be integrated in even deeper stillness.

£15 per class, or £40 for a block of 4 consecutive classes.  (paid in advance)
