Making Sauerkraut with Alex from Somerset Kimchi & Kraut
Did you know your microbiome is a living community? Eating sauerkraut and kimchi and other foods teaming with good bacteria (probiotics) will feed it, and that is great for our health. Come along to a hands-on friendly workshop and learn the secret of making successful and delicious kimchi. This is a really fun, creative and welcoming course and you will take away your own 1L jar of fermenting veg and all the skills to make more at home.
