We are inviting our neighbouring farmers/land owners to our first gathering to help start a farm cluster group around the Egford/Nunney Brook. This is so we can figure out ways of protecting it and work together to improve our practices and support one another generally.

This is an informal gathering. There will be breakfast. So come with empty bellies but full of ideas! There’s no commitment to commit here. We just want to meet our neighbours and see who’s up for getting involved in whatever way they can. Our hope is that this initial meet up will mark the beginning of a more structured group that will meet regularly and work together in the future. Not one farm is the same and we see this as an opportunity to learn from one another, support each other and be able to delve into funding that is available for a larger patchwork of land rather than as an individual.

This event is for farmers and land owners with land around Egford/Nunney brook and Mells River only. However, if you are a farmer/landowner close to this area, it’s still worth dropping us a line.
